From time to time we will undertake maintenance on our online services. This information provides details of any system unavailability as a result of maintenance as well as any system issues affecting our online services.

Portals unavailable from Saturday 7 December 6.00pm AEDT
The Tax Agent, BAS Agent and Business Portals will be unavailable from Saturday 7 December 6.00pm AEDT to Sunday 8 December 8.00am AEDT for maintenance.
Maintenance times for December have changed to the following:
Saturday 14 December 6.00pm AEDT to Sunday 15 December 3.00pm AEDT
We are currently making improvements to our systems that process unclaimed superannuation monies (one type of super which is held by us; you can use SuperSeeker to identify these amounts). As a result, there will be a delay in processing any claims for this type of super received between 11 November 2013 and 2 January 2014. During this time you are still able to use SuperSeeker to lodge a claim for unclaimed super, but we will not be able to process your claim until January 2014. ELS and Windows 8 connectivity issue
Your ELS software provider, if they support Windows8, can provide with their software a copy of the Cisco AnyConnect product.
This product provides VPN (secure) connectivity to the ATO and is a replacement for Cisco VPN Client which does not support Windows8. Usually you can install AnyConnect without having to remove VPNClient if it is already installed.
Before upgrading to Windows 8, contact your software provider for advice.
The ABR and AUSkey online services will be unavailable at the following times due to scheduled upgrades.

During these times you will receive a 'Portal under maintenance' error message if you attempt to login. We apologise for any inconvenience.
We regularly undertake system upgrades and routine maintenance during the week and over the weekend. Although the portals are still available, specific portal functions may be unavailable.
