Promoter Penalty Co-design sub-committee charter
The sub-committee is a working party of the National Tax Liaison Group (NTLG). The committee is chaired by Stephanie Martin, Deputy Commissioner. The committee is made up of both Tax Office representatives and external members representing professional associations and organisations with an interest in the administration of the promoter penalty laws.
