PAYG voluntary agreements

These forms and instructions for pay as you go (PAYG) voluntary agreements are commonly used by businesses that employ contractors.

PAYG withholding - a voluntary agreement for pay as you go (NAT 2772)
This form is to be completed when a business and a worker agree to withhold tax from work payments where the payee has an Australian business number (ABN).

This payment summary should be used to provide details of amounts you have withheld from payments you made under a voluntary agreement.
