Agreement to comply with the private ancillary fund guidelines

Each trustee of a private ancillary fund must:

  • agree to comply with the rules in the private ancillary fund guidelines
  • make that agreement in the approved form given to the Commissioner.

The approved form is the Agreement to comply with the private ancillary fund guidelines (NAT 73400) (PDF, 252KB).

If you are lodging the Agreement to comply with the private ancillary fund guidelines (PDF, 252KB) at the same time as the Application for endorsement as a deductible gift recipient and the Private ancillary fund schedule you should forward all the forms to the address shown on the Application for endorsement as a deductible gift recipient.
