Update to the Large business and tax compliance booklet

The Large business and tax compliance booklet has been updated to reflect the Commissioner's guarantee on you providing feedback to us.

'You have the Commissioner's guarantee that you can provide open and honest feedback, or raise concerns without it influencing our view or future interactions with us.'

We encourage your feedback at any stage of our interactions. This should be part of discussions with your case officer in the first instance. The matter can be escalated to the senior officer identified at the beginning of any compliance activity if you think it appropriate. You can also raise any concerns or issues through either your key client manager or through our relationship management meetings.

Talking to us early will help resolve issues and where issues need to be escalated, you will have access to our decision makers.
