Single movement permission (non-export)

Use this application to apply for a single movement of goods from one licensed site to another if both of the following apply:

• they are excisable or excise equivalent goods (EEGs)
• no excise or customs duty has been paid on the goods.

Excisable and excise equivalent goods are:

• alcohol or alcoholic products (excluding domestic wine)
• fuel and petroleum products
• tobacco products (excluding tobacco seed, plant or leaf).

Single movement permission (export)

Use this application to apply for permission to export any of the following underbond excisable goods once only:

• alcohol or alcoholic products (excluding domestic wine)
• fuel and petroleum products
• tobacco products (excluding tobacco seed, plant or leaf).

Underbond excisable goods are excisable goods on which excise duty has not been paid.
