Continuing movement permission - application forms

Continuing movement permission (non-export)

Use this application to apply for (or amend) a permission to continually move goods from one licensed site to another if both of the following apply:

  • they are excisable or excise equivalent goods (EEGs)
  • no excise or customs duty has been paid on the goods.

Excisable and excise equivalent goods are:

  • alcohol or alcoholic products (excluding domestic wine)
  • fuel and petroleum products
  • tobacco products (excluding tobacco seed, plant or leaf).

You should also use this form to move other customable goods underbond if the owner deals with EEGs. If the owner doesn't deal with EEGs, you will need to apply to Australian Customs and Border Protection Service.

Continuing movement permission (export)

Use this application to apply for (or amend) a permission to export any of the following underbond excisable goods on a continuing basis:

  • alcohol or alcoholic products (excluding domestic wine)
  • fuel and petroleum products
  • tobacco products (excluding tobacco seed, plant or leaf).
