Supporting document requirements for objections

This page lists the documents and information we usually need to process objections about the subject displayed.

Disregard the documents and information on this page that you have previously provided.

Scholarships

  • Were you a full-time student?
  • The name of the course you were studying and the organisation/institution you were studying at.
  • The full name of the scholarship.
  • Who was the scholarship provided by?
  • What date was the scholarship granted?
  • Full details of the scholarship (for example, did you receive money or were some of your expenses paid?).
  • State all conditions of the scholarship (for example, were there any conditions that required you to be an employee of the scholarship provider or enter into any contract with the scholarship provider that is wholly or principally for labour?).
  • Was the scholarship provided principally for educational purposes?
  • Did the scholarship involve a guarantee of further employment with the provider, or a related entity?
  • Did the provider, or related entity, have the right to your work as part of this scholarship? If yes, outline the rights in detail.
