PAYG payment summary statement

The pay as you go (PAYG) payment summary statement along with the originals of all the payment summaries you issued for the financial year make up your PAYG withholding annual report.

Use this form by inserting the relevant financial year (this form can also be used for prior financial years). Once the form is completed, send it to us by 14 August with the 'Tax Office original' payment summaries. Do not send us payment summaries printed from your payroll software.

This form provides us a summary of the payment summaries you issued to your payees for the financial year.

The PAYG payment summary statement is a form that is scanned, therefore we require an original form. Contact us to organise for an original form to be posted out.

How to obtain this publication
