Our field activities protect compliant businesses

We continue to conduct field visits to identify whether individuals are being incorrectly engaged as contractors. We review the status of workers using our online Employee/contractor decision tool. This enables us to differentiate between legitimate contracting and arrangements that seek to avoid employer responsibilities.
