We are always looking for ways to improve our interactions with you and provide you with better outcomes.

With this in mind, the Debt large business cover sheet was developed. It is easy to use and will save you time when you write to us about your account.

To ensure correspondence sent by fax or mail reaches the right area quickly, this cover sheet is pre-populated with our fax number and address.

The cover sheet should be used for correspondence and requests which may include but are not limited to:

• statement of account
• account transfer
• payment arrangement
• advice of payment
• remission of general interest charge
• re-issue of activity statements
• deferral of lodgment of income tax returns or business activity statements
• PAYG withholding information
• responses to our requests for information from you.
