Bright beer register

Once the fermentation is complete, you must maintain a record of the quantities of product transferred into the 'bright beer' tanks.

Your bright beer register should include all of the following:

• date the product was transferred into storage tanks and whether the product was filtered during the transfer
• quantity of product transferred into storage tanks
• temperature of the product transferred into storage tanks
• strength of the product transferred into storage tanks
• date the product was moved out of storage tanks for packaging
• quantity of product moved out of storage tanks for packaging
• type of product in the tanks
• identifying marks and the number of tanks used.
