Commissioner's message

Welcome to the ATO Alumni. So many of our people remain a part of our 'tax community' even after they leave the ATO so the Alumni program was initiated to encourage and develop this connection.

Since the launch in October 2006 our Alumni membership has grown, and continues to grow, and we continue to build a program to help former employees maintain friendships and to stay connected with us.

The ATO also benefits from this ongoing relationship through access to the valuable insights and experiences people have gained, both within and outside the organisation.

The Alumni Network reflects the value we place on our people, and our history. I encourage you to stay connected with what's happening across the ATO through our newsletter, via our LinkedIn group, and at the various events held throughout the year.
