Secretariat

The secretariat will:

  • prepare and distribute the agenda and relevant documents prior to the meeting
  • record the minutes and maintain other records as appropriate
  • distribute minutes to members
  • publish the minutes on the Tax Office intranet site
  • maintain and publish a 'decision log' and track action items, and
  • contribute to the annual review.
