GST and LCT on cars you buy - people with disabilities

Eligible people with disabilities

You are an eligible person with a disability if you have a current disability certificate that:

  • is issued by Medibank Health Solutions (MHS), part of the Health Services Australia Group
  • certifies you have partly or completely lost the use of one or more limbs and you cannot use public transport.
