| Adjustments |
| You may need to make adjustments to your income tax return if you have received a government recoupment (clawback adjustment), your eligible activities have produced either marketable products or products that have been applied to your own use (feedstock adjustment), or you are registered for GST. |

| If you are eligible for the tax incentive, you claim a tax offset in your income tax return. However, you must register your eligible activities and obtain your unique registration number from AusIndustry (who act on behalf of Innovation Australia) before you can lodge a claim with us. |
