Tax evasion, avoidance and crime research

The aim of the research was to identify how communications could be used to deter or encourage particular compliance behaviours in various segments in the general community and intermediaries.

The research also included a component on identity fraud, with a focus on foreign tertiary students from certain countries who may be being targeted for TFN misuse and crime.
