When you are concerned that your employer is not paying the correct amount of super, prior to lodging a complaint, follow the steps under unpaid super. Once you’ve confirmed your super hasn’t been paid in full, you can report your employer by using the online tool.
If you're a tax or BAS agent, submit a complaint through Online services for agents. Go to Reports and forms, select Forms, then select Tax Practitioner complaint.
