The ‘New legislation' pages on the Tax Office website allow readers to track the progress of new legislation from announcement through to Royal Assent. Measures relevant to non-profit organisations are listed under the heading ‘Non-profit’. The pages list all new law changes, and contain links to relevant information that is updated as Bills progress through the legislative process.

Amending legislation can be viewed on the ATO Legal Database after it has received Royal Assent.

The Non-Profit News Service keeps readers up-to-date on key tax issues affecting the non-profit sector, new publications we release for non-profit organisations, and changes to the tax law. You can subscribe to the Non-profit news service on the Free Email Updates screen.
