What is the Legal Database?

The Legal Database provides you with access to the legal and policy information that is used by the Tax Office when making decisions.

Accessing the Legal Database

The Legal Database is available directly through the internet at http://law.ato.gov.au, or from the home page of the Tax Office website - www.ato.gov.au - click on Rulings, policies and law - Legal Database home page.
