Community Perceptions Survey

Community Perceptions Survey

The Community Perceptions Survey (CPS) is one of the Tax Office's flagship surveys. The purpose of the CPS is to capture trend data to monitor community perceptions of the Tax Office and its administration of the tax system over time.

The CPS was first conducted in 1996 and has been run every year since. Until 1999 research was conducted biannually. Since the year 2000, research has been conducted annually.
