ATO contracts - Senate Order

Financial year 2008-2009

Senate Order on Commonwealth departmental and agency contracts relating to the period 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009

Pursuant to the Senate Order on departmental and agency contracts, the attached table sets out contracts entered into by the Australian Taxation Office which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more and which (a) have not been fully performed as at 30 June 2009 or (b) which have been entered into during the 12 months prior to 30 June 2009. The table sets out information to show:

  • the contractor, the amount of the consideration and the subject matter of each contract
  • the commencement date and anticipated end date of the contract, and
  • whether each such contract contains provisions requiring the parties to maintain confidentiality of any of its provisions, or whether there are any other requirements of confidentiality, and a statement of the reasons for confidentiality.

The contract amounts are reported in line with recent Department of Finance and Deregulation requirements. The amounts show the total amount expected to be spent over the life of the entire contract unless otherwise indicated.

The contracts are listed in alphabetical order in the attached PDF file together with an estimate of the cost of complying with this order.
