This publication details the work that we have done and the work we are planning to do to make your dealings with us easier, cheaper and more personalised.

This is the fifth year that we have published this booklet, and this year's edition covers activities right across the Tax Office that contribute to helping the community to comply with their tax and superannuation obligations. The booklet details our achievements for the year as well as results from our research with the community, business and tax practitioners.
