Employee Share Scheme New Measures Research

The aim of this research was to better understand how aware employers, employees and intermediaries were of recent changes to eligibility to employee share schemes (ESS) and the usefulness of the ESS communication products developed to date. The research findings assisted the Australian Taxation Office in building more effective communications products to ensure that the audience understands and can meet their ESS obligations.
