Supporting document requirements for objections

This page lists the documents and information we usually need to process objections about the subject displayed.

Please send the documents and information listed with your objection form.
Disregard the documents and information on this page that you have previously provided.

Settlement payments for unfair dismissal or discrimination cases

  • Your occupation.
  • The date you commenced employment.
  • A copy of your employment contract or details of the award or agreement containing the terms and conditions of your employment.
  • The date and the amount of the payment.
  • Copies of payment summaries, if issued.
  • The date you terminated employment and the reason for terminating employment.
  • A copy of the deed of settlement.
  • A copy of your notice of termination of employment, resignation letter or separation certificate.
  • Copy of the statement of claim lodged with the Court or Industrial Relations Commission.
  • Copies of correspondence between the parties to the dispute.
  • A copy of the Court's or Industrial Relations Commission's decision.
  • A copy of the deed of release.
  • Any other documents that would support the statements made in your objection.
