• fishing
• forestry
• generating electricity
• marine transport
• mining
• nursing and medical
• rail transport
• road transport, or
• other specified industrial processes.
• Provide details of the actual activities you undertook.
• The type of vehicles/equipment the fuel is used in.
• The type of fuel used - for example, diesel.
• Do you purchase the fuel?
• Are you contracted by another entity to undertake their activities? If so, provide details of who contracts you and the contracts/agreements covering the activities.
