Withdrawal from your inactive superannuation holding account

Superannuation Holding Accounts (SHA) balances are transferred to consolidated revenue if the account has been inactive for 10 consecutive financial years.

Use this form to request withdrawal of your Superannuation Holding Accounts (SHA) special account balance held in consolidated revenue.

Only full account balances can be withdrawn. We may withhold tax from your payment from consolidated revenue.
