Productivity gains

A 3.5% pay rise took effect from 1 July 2006 on the basis of our corporate outcomes for 2005-06. The pay rises were made under clause 7.1 of the general employees collective agreement and clause 34.1 of the EL2 collective agreement, both of which commenced on 1 July 2006.
