1. Introductions of new members; review of minutes

This item was presented by Michael Hardy who introduced new members David Brennan and Rob Edwards and welcomed all attendees.

The minutes from the last meeting were accepted.

A member asked whether the terms of reference for the Australian Government's Tax Forum had been released, and Chris Leggett advised that they were released on 12 February 2012 and that he would be updating the Committee in the next agenda item.
