Change your Registration Details

If you are already registered to deal electronically and want to change your details, you need to submit one of the forms below. Complete the form on screen, then print it out, sign it and mail it to the address on the form.

• Dealing electronically - Cancel registration
• Change of detail - additional certificate holder
  
• Change of detail - e-mail and/or postal address
• Change of detail - new certificate holder (revoke existing holder)
  
• Reissue of Keys and Certificates
  

These forms should be completed by a person authorised to act on behalf of the business entity changing its details.
