Checklist item 3: Getting and maintaining knowledge

This section relates to checklist items 3.1 to 3.4 and asks you to consider whether staff responsible for your organisation's tax, super, grants and accounting functions have:

  • the knowledge, skills and experience to do their jobs properly
  • access to enough information
  • documented their responses to external advice and unresolved issues.
