    • understand how repayments are calculated and how indexation works
    • order a statement of your account
    • get the balance of your account, or
    • confirm a voluntary repayment
  • 1300 650 225 between 8.00am and 5.00pm (EST), Monday to Friday for help with:
  • 1300 720 092 between 8.00am and 6.00pm (EST), Monday to Friday to order the publications listed in Useful products and services

If you do not speak English well and want to talk to a tax officer, phone the Translating and Interpreting Service on 13 14 50 for help with your call.
