Contacting staff at the ITCS

Contact details provided on this page are only for enquiries about the Indirect Tax Concession Scheme by diplomats, and businesses providing services to diplomats.

If you are a diplomat, or a business providing services to diplomats, you can contact staff at the ITCS either:

• by email at itcs@ato.gov.au, or
• by phoning the ITCS enquiry line on 1300 880 283.

Please leave a message, if it is not answered someone will return your call as soon as possible.

You should ensure that your claims are addressed correctly. Mail sent incorrectly to other areas of the Tax Office may cause delays or loss of your claim.
