Are you repairing and reconstructing after a disaster?

We are working in disaster affected communities to ensure businesses undertaking repair and reconstruction work and those who are commissioning reconstruction work on homes, buildings or infrastructure are operating fairly.

If you are a builder or contractor involved in repair and reconstruction in areas affected by natural disasters, this document has information to help you stay on top of your tax and superannuation obligations.

If you have been affected by a disaster and are planning to have repair or reconstruction work undertaken, you will find information on what the ATO is doing to protect the community and what you can do to protect yourself from being taken advantage of.
