The Private health insurance rebate calculator will help you work out:

  • your entitlement to the private health insurance rebate
  • the rebate percentage that you can claim
  • the Medicare levy surcharge rate that you would be charged if you did not have private health insurance.

If your circumstances change during the year, your private health insurance rebate percentage may also change.
