ATO contracts - Senate Order

Calendar year 2012

The following download links to the Senate Order on Commonwealth departmental and agency contracts for the period 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2012.

It shows Australian Taxation Office (ATO) contracts which provide for a consideration to the value of $100,000 or more and which either:

• have not been fully performed as at 31 December 2012
• have been entered into during the 12 months prior to 31 December 2012.

It also shows:

• the contractor, the amount of the consideration (including GST) and the subject matter of each contract
• the start date and anticipated end date of the contract
• whether the contract requires the parties to maintain confidentiality of any of its provisions, or whether there are any other requirements of confidentiality, and the reasons for requiring confidentiality.

The contract amounts are reported in accordance with Department of Finance and Deregulation requirements. The amounts show the total amount expected to be spent over the life of the entire contract, unless otherwise indicated.

The contracts are listed in alphabetical order; an estimate of the cost of complying with this order is given at the end of the list of contracts.
