Declaration for an exemption of GST on a car or car parts - person with a disability who is gainfully employed

If you are an eligible person with a disability who is gainfully employed and you are buying or leasing a car, or purchasing car parts GST-free, you can present this declaration to your car or car parts supplier.

You do not need to send this form to the Tax Office. This declaration must be kept by your supplier as the authority for supplying the car, or car parts, to you GST-free.
