Can I use my notice of assessment to verify my identity if it was issued after 26 May 2012?

No. You can only use your notice of assessment with a date of issue after 1 May 2007 and before 26 May 2012.

The details on my notice of assessment are incorrect or not current. What should I enter into e-tax to verify my identity?

You must enter the details exactly as they are on your notice of assessment, even if they are incorrect or not current. Your details will be updated when you lodge your latest income tax return.
