Notification of change to the governing rules of an endorsed public ancillary fund

The trustee of a public ancillary fund must notify us of any change to the fund's governing rules within 21 days of the change using the approved form.

The approved form is the Notification of change to the governing rules of an endorsed public ancillary fund (NAT 74034).
