Agreement to comply with the public ancillary fund guidelines

Each trustee of a public ancillary fund must:

  • agree to comply with the rules in the public ancillary fund guidelines
  • make that agreement in the approved form given to the Commissioner.

The approved form is the Agreement to comply with the public ancillary fund guidelines (NAT 74032).
