Direct debit

To establish a direct debit payment

A direct debit request can be organised over the phone by calling 13 11 42.

Only clients calling in person are authorised to give verbal authority for their account. Tax agents or other authorised representatives cannot give verbal authority on behalf of their client, partner or spouse - however, they can request a Direct debit request form for the client to complete and return to us.

Allow at least seven (7) working days for your direct debit to be activated to ensure your payment reaches us on or before its due date.
