You'll need a digital certificate to use our portals

Digital certificates are electronic files that work in conjunction with our online services to keep your information safe and secure. You will need to install one onto your computer in order to login and use our portals. Once registered, you can also choose to put your digital certificate onto a USB stick to allow greater flexibility in accessing our portals.

Digital certificates make fraud difficult. For someone to gain fraudulent access to your information, they would have to be using a computer on which your digital certificate is installed and they would have to know your password.

  1. Do you already have a digital certificate for your Australian Business Number (ABN)?
  1. Do you want to login to the portals using a USB stick that has your digital certificate copied onto it?

YES - After inserting your USB into your computer, locate the USB drive and run Login to online services.exe. This launches the online services login screen. From here you can login and use the portal.
