BAS Agent Portal

The BAS Agent Portal is an interactive way to access information, services and functions secured by the online security credential AUSkey.

You can use the portal to:

• assist in the management of your practice in dealing with us
• prepare, lodge, view and print activity statements
• receive instant confirmation of your lodgment
• view and update your client's registration details
• view client account information
• view payment options and print payment slips
• communicate with us using secure portal mail
• test, lodge and download selected files.

Standard Business Reporting

Standard Business Reporting (SBR) is an Australian Government initiative designed to simplify business-to-government reporting.

Using SBR-enabled software, you can prepare and lodge your clients' most common government forms directly from your financial, accounting or payroll software.

The benefits include being able to:

• prepare and lodge to government selected electronic forms securely and in real time
• receive a fast response that your lodgment has been received
• report through a single online channel.

To use SBR to interact with us, you will need SBR-enabled software and an AUSkey.

Electronic commerce interface

The electronic commerce interface (ECI) is a combination of an online and offline report preparation and lodgment tool. Online transactions are protected by the security credential AUSkey. Additional commercially available software is required for some lodgments.

Using ECI you can lodge:

• superannuation reports
• pay as you go withholding annual reports
• tax file number declaration reports
• excise fuel grants schemes claims
• multiple activity statements at a time (lodge online, and prepare and revise offline).
