Private health insurance cover Special conditions apply for the 2008-09 income year. Your client will be treated as having had private hospital cover for the whole period of 1 July 2008 to 31 December 2008 if they had private hospital cover: at any time between 1 July 2008 and 31 December 2008 on 1 January 2009.
