SCC minutes, March 2011

1. Open and introductions

Deputy Commissioner Neil Olesen opened the meeting and welcomed forum members, including substitute members and visitors.

Minutes from the previous meeting were accepted. Two action items were discussed:

1. As requested by members, an updated organisation chart of ATO executives in the superannuation business line was circulated. This was following several changes in the executive team over the last year. The ATO undertook to provide an electronic copy.
2. Statistics in relation to excess contributions tax. Brett Peterson, ATO discussed that some statistics will soon be published on the ATO website and updated three to four times each year.
