1. Open and introductions and update of action items

Linda Drysdale, Assistant Commissioner, Superannuation Marketing and Communications opened the meeting and welcomed members.

Apologies were given for last meeting's technical difficulties, which caused the meeting to be cancelled; therefore, there were no minutes to endorse.

In relation to action item SCC E&C0510/14: Evaluation of superannuation guarantee (SG) high risk industries, the report will be provided to the next meeting of the sub-committee in March 2012.

In relation to action item SCC E&C0510/15: Share key activities designed for (excess contribution tax) ECT with members, the ATO is still continuing to work on its ECT messages and will share any developments with members.
