The Tax Office recognises the key role that tax practitioners and the tax professional associations have in the design, management and the administration of Australia's tax and superannuation systems.

The Tax Office works with the tax profession on strategies to promote a capable and well regulated tax profession. That relationship will continue to develop the best tax and superannuation systems possible and work to build community confidence in those systems.
