Lodgment program 2010-11 - managing your lodgment program

Introduction

Each year the ATO, in consultation with practising tax agents and professional association representatives (members of the Lodgment Working Group), develops the lodgment program.

The lodgment program is structured to accommodate progressive lodgment of documents throughout the year by registered tax agents and BAS agents (registered agents). This helps you to manage your workload over a 12 month period. The program takes into account registered agent workloads, ATO revenue obligations and government and community expectations.

The following information is designed to help you manage your lodgment program over the year.
