HELP and Financial Supplement statements

Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) and Financial Supplement statement of accounts are sent to the client's residential address. This means you will not receive your client's statement; however, the information relating to their HELP and Financial Supplement balances will be available through the Tax Agent Portal.

Your clients can also order a statement at any time during the year by phoning us on 13 28 61 between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
