Shopfront locations provide a range of client services - visit us at one of our shopfronts around Australia.

At most shopfronts you'll be able to:

• access a range of publications and brochures
• talk to our staff
• access our web services
• access our phone service for more specialised tax information.

We can help you with things like:

• updating your personal details
• tax file numbers (TFN)
• Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) and student supplement loans
• individual tax returns.

If you need one-on-one, detailed help, you can make an appointment for an interview by phoning us on 13 28 61.

Important to know Interviews with a tax officer at the following Centrelink Service Centres are available only by appointment: Chatswood Joondalup Launceston Penrith.

Our opening times and the range of services we offer vary, depending on the location. Generally, we are open from 8.30am to 4.45pm weekdays unless otherwise specified. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. You can also contact us by phone or mail.
